Building pathways toward independence and meaningful economic participation.
Education and employment readiness are essential to independence. This program supports initiatives that strengthen learning confidence for neurodiverse learners, improve transition readiness, and build practical pathways to employment participation and workplace inclusion.
This program also recognizes that inclusion requires “two sides”: individuals need readiness pathways, and institutions—schools, training providers, and businesses—need inclusion capacity. We therefore support awareness and practical training that helps educational organizations and businesses become more prepared to include, support, and hire persons with disabilities respectfully.
